The Chequamegon Bay is fortunate to be home to StageNorth - a year-round performing arts center designed to entertain, educate, and include the community in the live arts. StageNorth provides an intimate setting for local, regional, and national talent. StageNorth offers a state of the art theater seating up to 145. Providing a wide variety of media ranging from theater, music, dance, film, magic, workshops, and lectures there is something for everyone. In addition to this beautiful and cozy theater, people are encouraged to visit the Stage Door Bar - a casual bar overlooking Lake Superior. The two-story lobby has seating areas and performance space. The Stage Door Bar provides a smoke-free environment with free wireless Internet and an outdoor patio.
