Savor the beauty and bounty of fall in Bayfield

Bayfield offers fresh fall promotion with exceptional local food and lodging

Bayfield Fall Harvest CelebrationThere's nowhere like Bayfield to experience all the colors and flavors of the autumn season, especially during Bayfield's Fall Harvest Celebration. The Bayfield Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Bureau is proud to offer this fall promotion to area visitors for the second year in a row during the months of September and October. Perks include mouthwatering food specials, fun activities and extraordinary lodging packages.

As always, Bayfield's forested bluffs and pristine shoreline offer the perfect canvas for visitors to enjoy Mother Nature's spectacularly colorful display. Once again, area restaurants will heighten the experience by providing a feast for the tastebuds as well as the eyes. Drawing on the fresh harvests of local orchards and farms, and fresh catches from the Lake, many Bayfield area restaurants will be crafting unique fall harvest menus to delight the palette. Diners can indulge in Local Butternut and Cider Bisque with Sage at Good Thyme Restaurant & Catering, Walnut Crusted Trout Fillets at Greunke's Restaurant, and classic desserts like homemade apple pie and decadent fruit crisps throughout the season.

Bayfield Fall Harvest CelebrationFall activities abound. Visitors can pick fresh red apples and fantasy pumpkins at one of Bayfield's countless orchards, take a cruise through the historic Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, hike or bike along the many colorful trails, or golf on one of Wisconsin's most scenic courses, the Apostle Highlands.
