Have you ever found yourself cleaning out the attic, running into that ancient Prom dress, and thinking to yourself, ‘If I could only wear this one more time'? Well, now you can at the Blue Moon Ball. This isn’t just any old ball; this is a black tie and vintage dress prom for adults! If prom dresses aren't your style, you can wear any sort of crazy costume you wish! In past years we have had vikings, genies, hippies and much more. The event is held at the Bayfield Lakeside Pavilion on Saturday, February 7th.

This Saturday night, February 7th from 7pm to 11pm, come and dance to the sounds of the 20-piece ‘Big Woods Big Band’ at the beautifully restored, historic Bayfield Lakeside Pavilion, located on the frozen shore of Lake Superior! Enjoy yourselves below hundreds of blue and white balloons and of course the sparkling disco ball.

Be sure to dress your best as trophies are given for various categories including: best ‘blue’ couple, best dancers, and best vintage apparel, to name a few. These trophies are one of a kind and never to be replicated from year to year. And of course, there’s the crowning of the King and Queen of the Ball.

This event is open to the public. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door and are available for purchase at the Bayfield Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Bureau located at 42 South Broad Street.
