Blueberry Oven-Baked French Toast

One loaf French bread
Cream Cheese
2 cups blueberries (Bayfield blueberries work best!)
10 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind

Slice french bread lengthwise two times. Spread with cream cheese on each side. Cube.

Place cubes in 8 x 10’ dish (greased). Sprinkle blueberries over bread cubes. Sprinkle grated lemon rind over blueberries.

Mix eggs, milk and maple syrup. Pour over bread and blueberries.

Bake covered for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 12 – 15 minutes.
