ORCHARD EVENTS

  • Bayfield Apple Company Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Check out the Farm Store filled with locally made goodies including, but not limited to, fresh and sustainably made apple cider, hard cider, granola, jams, jellies, butters, and fruit mustards as well as free range pork products and caramel apples. Self-guided orchard tours with five butterfly houses. Walk through the cider house and see how the apples are processed! There are at least 25 varieties of sustainably grown apples and pears.  Lots of parking available!
  • Erickson Orchard & Country StoreFriday, Saturday & Sunday-9 a.m. to 5 p.m.-Fun and games, music, tours, everything apple! Full bakery (makes sure to grab an apple stick), food and craft vendors, hay rides, and orchard maze for the kids! Pick your own Cortland and McIntosh apples, already picked Honey Crisp. Erickson’s grows about 12 varieties of apples.  LIVE MUSIC: September 25 and October 2 Noon-5pm.
  • Hauser’s Superior View FarmFriday, Saturday, & Sunday—10 a.m. to 5 p.m.-Enjoy festival food at the farm including smoked pork sandwiches with apple butter BBQ sauce, caramel apples, jam, apples, apple butter and Apfelhaus Cidery —handcrafted hard cider—tasting daily!
    Saturday and Sunday Special Events—10 a.m. to 5 p.m.-Pony rides, hayrides, and free parking and free shuttles to and from downtown Bayfield.
  • Wineries on Betzold RoadFriday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. – Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Enjoy wine tasting alongside the grapevines. Also try hot mulled wine, non-alcoholic hot cider, and non-alcoholic sparkling cider floats.

  • Noon—Opening Proclamation by Bayfield Mayor Gordon Ringberg- Memorial Park Gazebo
  • Noon- 2 p.m. – Big Top Chautauqua – The Van Sant Grandstand Stage (Corner of Manypenny Ave. and Broad St.)
  • 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. – Live Music: Mark Phillips – Memorial Park Gazebo
  • 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Live Music: Born Too Late – Memorial Park Gazebo

  • 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.—Live Music: Sean and Ian Okamoto – Memorial Park Gazebo
  • 11 a.m. until Gone —Bayfield Firemen’s Fish Fry-Bayfield Lakeside Pavilion, will sell until they are out of food!
  • 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. – Apple Peeling Contest – The Van Sant Grandstand Stage (Corner of Manypenny Ave. and Broad St.)
  • 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.-Live Music: Warren Nelson – Memorial Park Gazebo
  • 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Live Music: HIJNX – Memorial Park Gazebo
  • 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Big Top Chautauqua – The Van Sant Grandstand Stage (Corner of Manypenny Ave. and Broad St.)
  • 6:45 p.m.—Apple Festival Queen Procession-Begins in front of the Old Rittenhouse Inn
